The Mixer consists of a steel vessel of 55/ 110 litres capacity, mounted on a frame. The vessel is rotated at 20-22 RPM with the help of a motor and a reduction gearbox. The vessel can be titled to any angle by a hand wheel and counter weight. This facilitates mixing and discharge. Blades are provided inside the vessel to mix the material thoroughly. The large hand wheel facilitates manual rotation of the drum during power failure. The drum, hand wheel, and motor, etc, are mounted on a steel frame. This mould is provided with two large wheels for carting away. The mixer is provided with ½ HP motor. Suitable for Operation on 220V, Single Phase, 50Hz, AC Supply.

Needle Vibrator with a 25mm dia x 350mm long needle, one meter long flexible shaft and a motor drive with a swivel head. The swivel base drives the flexible shaft, which in turn, vibrates, the needle at about 10,000 vibrations per minute (approximately). Suitable for operation on 220V, 1Ph, 50Hz AC Supply

Vibrating table is ideally suited for proper compaction of cement concrete while casting specimens for compression testing. The table top is 50cm x 50cm size and has stop along its edges to prevent moulds from sliding off the table during operation. The maximum load capacity is 140kg. The Slump Test is used for determining the consistency of concrete. Concrete is levelled of with the top of the slump cone is lifted vertically up & the slump of the sample is immediately measured. The complete set comprises of a slump cone with handles made of M.S. sheet, chrome plated steel tamping rod, 16mm dia x 600mm long rounded off at one end, with a scale marked on it and a steel base plate with a carrying handle.

The permeability is determined on cement, mortar and concrete specimens, either cast in the laboratory or obtained by cutting out cores from existing structures. Each cell is made of steel and provided with a top plate and funnel at the bottom having gasket seals held in position through bolts and nuts. Each test stall has its own control system, operating pressure gauges and valves. The multi-unit Permeameter are so designed that all tests can be performed at the same time using either the same head or varying head pressure as each test stall is provided with its own pressure regulator and control. The control instruments are mounted on a sturdy welded structural stand. All multi – units are provided with end pressure gauges. Each unit is provided with chamber pressure gauges of 0-20 kg/cm² and test pressure gauge of 0-15 kg/cm². Pressures are applied using any available pressure line at the site or a 150PSI Electric Air Compressor. The Air Compressor is Suitable for operation on 220V, 1Ph, 50Hz AC Supply.

The apparatus comprises of a flow table top of 300mm dia, a polished steel plate with three annular circles having diameter 70mm, 110mm, and 190mm engraved on it. A cam action provides a free fall of 12.5mm to the table. A conical mould of 90mm height, with a base diameter of 65mm and top diameter of 40mm is also provided.

The apparatus is used for determining the initial and final setting times of cement mortar and consistency of various materials too. It comprises of Vicat Frame, a bearing rod with a cup at one end, a Vicat mould (either split of single piece type), a glass base plate, an initial needle, a final needle, consistency plunger and a hydraulic dashpot arrangement for a jerk free lowering of the needle on the test specimen.

A useful tool for workability determination of concrete mixes of very low workability such as those normally used with concrete, compacted by vibration. Concrete Mix having maximum size of aggregate not exceeding 38 mm can be tested for workability. Apparatus is complete with hoppers and receiver assembly.
