Quality Standard: As Per IS 516, IS 10086

Concrete Strength Testing Moulds includes specimen casting moulds in a number of standard sizes for determining the compression and flexural strength of concrete. The designs of moulds are such that during dismantling and re-assembly, these strength testing moulds includes cube moulds, beam moulds and cylindrical moulds that attain accuracy of alignment.

Four standard sizes of cube moulds are offered and supplied complete with base plate.

Beam Moulds
Two standard sizes of Beam Moulds are offered for casting concrete specimens for flexural strength testing. These beam moulds are made of cast iron and are supplied complete with a base plate.

Cylindrical Moulds
Moulds for testing concrete Cylindrical Moulds for Compressive Strength Testing are offered in two different sizes. These cylindrical moulds are made of Cast Iron and split into two parts longitudinally. These are supplied complete with a base plate and top plate.

NAME : Flexural Strength Testing Machine

The Flexure Strength Testing Machines are designed to provide maximum rigidity throughout their working range. The load is applied by the upward movement of a hydraulic ram. The jack can be raised or lowered for testing different size beams. The load is indicated on a calibrated Bourdon tube type. The load gauge is calibrated against NPL/ NCCBM certified proving ring.
